Terms of service

Last updated 18 August 2026.

What the service does

We provide NFC cards programmed with a web address we host. When a customer taps one, we record the tap and forward them to a destination you choose. You get a dashboard showing your tap activity.

What we measure, stated plainly

Tap counts are accurate. Every tap on an active card is recorded, other than repeat taps from the same visitor within a few minutes, which are counted once so the figure reflects visits.

Review counts are estimates and nothing more. Google provides no way for us — or anyone — to confirm that a particular tap resulted in a submitted review. Any review figure shown is inferred from tap volume and is labelled as an estimate. We do not promise any number of reviews, any rating, or any improvement in your search ranking. Treat anyone in this industry who does promise that with suspicion.

Your responsibilities

Cards and card links

The address written onto a physical card is permanent for that card's life. We can change where a card forwards at any time — that's the point of the service — but renaming a card's link makes cards already printed with the old one stop working. We handle link renames ourselves for that reason.

Availability

We aim to keep the redirect working at all times, but we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee. If the service is unavailable, cards will not forward and taps during that period will not be recorded.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; your cards stop forwarding at the end of the paid period. You can request a copy of your tap history before you go.

TODO(you): fill in your actual billing terms, refund policy, notice period, and governing jurisdiction before taking money. This section in particular needs a real review.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll tell account holders by email.
