Short answers to the things people ask most.

Where do I find my Google review link?

Open your Google Business Profile and use the "Ask for reviews" option — it gives you a short link ending in /review. Or find your business on Google Maps, press Share, and copy the link.

Don't use a Google search results URL from your address bar. Those contain your own session tracking and land customers on search results instead of the review form.

Can I change where a card points?

Yes, any time, without touching the physical card. That's the main reason cards point at a chip.metric link instead of straight at Google. Log in to manage yours.

A card stopped working. What happened?

Most likely it was deactivated, or its link was renamed after the card was programmed. Deactivated cards show a "not set up yet" page instead of redirecting. Contact whoever set up your account and they can switch it back on.

What do you collect about my customers?

Almost nothing. We store the time of the tap, which card it was, a coarse device description, and a one-way hashed value derived from the network address so repeat taps can be roughly de-duplicated. No names, no emails, and no raw IP addresses.

Why is my review count an estimate?

Because Google offers no way to confirm that a particular tap resulted in a submitted review. We show taps as exact numbers and reviews as an estimate, clearly marked, rather than pretend to a precision nobody actually has.
